For information on requesting access to, resetting your password or amending your access to SITS, please follow the relevant steps below.

Requesting Systems access

If you need access to SITS, e:Vision (including Tutor Allocation), Salesforce or Digitary, please use the Systems Access Form.

Request password reset

If you have forgotten your password to SITS or e:Vision, use the Password Reset Request Form.

Requesting anything else

If there’s anything else you need or want to talk to the ARD Systems team about, such as training, requesting reports or development work, please use our Contact Form.

Request for a change to a system already in place

If you need a change to a system or service that is already in place that is likely to take more than one day's effort to complete then please use this form

Contacting ARD Systems via the Service Desk

If your team uses the Salesforce Desk and you need to tag ARD Systems in a case, please use the @ARD Systems Team tag to alert us.
