I obtained not only academic knowledge but also learned work ethics and time management

Please describe your career path to date:

Internship in HR at MSC Cruises, HR Admin position in MSC Mediterranean Company, now Crew Development Coordinator at MSC Cruises.

Why did you choose your current job?

It is strictly related to my studies and i get to creative and work closely with people (crew members on board of our fleet).

Tell us about your current job:

Responsibility: creation of an e learning platform- platform itself and courses, coordination of partnerships, production of training materials: all for 15k employees working on board of Cruise ships. skills needed: organization, lots flexibility,  ability to multitask and always be free to travel.

What advice do you have for LSE students who are looking to enter a similar profession to you?

Keep your eyes open and do not focus just on the big names, often the coolest opportunities come from the niche companies! Take a risk!
