Before submitting an enquiry, you may like to do a general Google search for what you are looking for. Most of the information and processes are outlined on our webpages. You can also browse the frequently asked questions and how to guides.
If you are unable to find the answer to your question, you can fill out an enquiry form in three simple steps:
1. Click on the link to the enquiry form
You can access the enquiry form from the SSC webpages. You will be asked to enter your student ID and password.
2. Select the relevant team
If you are not sure which team is responsible, you can select the 'I don't know' option.
3. Write your question
Please provide a short description of your enquiry, attach any supporting documents and submit your enquiry.
Please allow 3-5 working days for the relevant team to respond. You will not be able to track your enquiry but a member of the team will respond in due course.
Any enquiry you submit (and any subsequent reply) will be associated with your student record and therefore will improve our service to you if you need to contact our teams again.
If you wish to contact the SSC and you do not have a student or applicant ID
If you are new to LSE and do not have a student or applicant record you will still be able to submit an enquiry to the Student Services Centre through our external form.
