Mindfulness classes at LSE 

A free weekly class runs from 12 – 1pm on Mondays in the Faith Centre during term time and running remotely during the pandemic. All are welcome. Find further info on the Faith Centre website.

Mindfulness apps (paid)

There are lots, but ones to try include:

  • Headspace
  • Calm 
  • Aura 

Note: these all have a charge after a 7-day trial. 

Free mindfulness apps: 

  • Insight Timer 
  • Mindfulness meditations on Spotify (for example 10 Minute Meditation with Barry Boyce is good)
