New Student Registration

for General Course Students

When to register, where to go and what to bring with you

Registration for General Course and undergraduate Erasmus students takes place on Monday 23 September. You can find your session by checking the General Course and Erasmus Programmes Registration and Welome Presentation Schedule

We expect you to register on time, however we also recognise that sometimes circumstances outside your control may mean that this is not possible. If you are registering after your desingated time slot but before 12:30pm on Friday 27 September please come to Clement House as soon as possible.

If you expect to register after Friday 27 September please first make check with the General Course Dean that they are happy for you to register late. If so, you can then attend one of the dedicated late registration sessions (see below).

Registration should take around one hour to complete but times do vary depending on how busy we get.

Main registration for new General Course students takes place on the Ground Floor of Clement House.

To find out where registration is taking place is please visit Maps and Directions.

What to bring

When you register we are legally required to check your eligibility to study in the UK. We do this by checking various documents. The documents you'll need vary depending on your nationality and visa (if applicable). If you do not bring the appropriate identification documents we will not be able to register you on your programme.

For details of what you need to bring with you please visit what to bring to registration
