Support Services in the Student Service Centre

The Fees, Income and Credit Control team will be based in the Student Services Centre between Monday 17th September- 28th September (excluding weekends).

Availability: 16/9/2019 - 20/9/2019 : 10:00AM - 16.00PM

                   23/9/2019 - 27/9/2019:  10.00AM - 17.00PM

US Loan disbursements

You will receive an email from the Fees, Income and Credit Control Office advising you that the first disbursement of your US Federal loan has been processed. If you have not provided bank details you will be paid by cheque, you will be advised when the cheque is available to collect. Please note your fees and accommodation (if residing in an LSE residence) will be deducted from your disbursement.

Please remember to bring your student ID card

Paying Fees

Please note the Fees, Income and Credit Control Office do not process payments in person, if you would like to pay your fees by credit or debit card please see Make a payment page.

If you would like to pay by cheque you can either call into the Student Services Centre and drop your cheque in our drop box alternatively you can post it.

Please note documents will not be completed at the counter, please submit via your Finance Hub account

The Fees, Income and Credit Control Office will be offering a series of presentations during September which will introduce students to the services we offer. The presentations will be complimented by a short question and answer session.

US Federal Loan Presentations

The Fees, Income and Credit Control Office will be offering a series of presentations which will introduce students to key information they need to know about US Federal loans.

The presentation will last for an average of 30 - 45 minutes followed by a short question and answer session. If you are interested why not book a ticket now.
