The Effective Behaviours Framework

Designed to support the principles laid out in the LSE Ethics code, the Effective Behaviours framework sets out the range of behaviours that are expected of all professional service staff at LSE.

Equity, diversity and inclusion

We offer face to face and online learning for Equity, diversity and inclusion, in proactive support of LSE's Single Equality Scheme.

Essential Work Skills & Personal Effectiveness

We are keen to support all staff to help develop themselves to their fullest as individuals.

A range of personal effectiveness courses are available, from one to one coaching to the Learn for You scheme. We can also provide an External Funding scheme for activites undertaken outside of LSE.

All this activity is supported by our online learning and development resources which contains a wide range of useful information, practical resources, hints and tips.


LSE Eden Centre also run the Atlas programme for academic development a year round series of events designed for academic and research staff who are keen to pursue professional development and enhance the impact of their teaching and research.
