The Flying Start Induction is a one day event for all new Professional Services Staff. Flying Start aims to help new staff gain greater appreciation of the wider organisational context and offers new networking opportunities.

A range of personal effectiveness courses are available, from one to one coaching to the Learn for You scheme. We can also provide an External Funding scheme for activites undertaken outside of LSE.
All this activity is supported by our online learning and development resources which contains a wide range of useful information, practical resources, hints and tips.
LSE Eden Centre also run the Atlas programme for academic development a year round series of events designed for academic and research staff who are keen to pursue professional development and enhance the impact of their teaching and research.
