Based in the Library (1st Floor), the IMT Walk In Centre provides face to face support for students and staff throughout the week.
In addition to the Help and Service Desks, you can also visit the Laptop Surgery and the Print and Copy Help Desk.

Open 7 days a week our Student Analysts are on hand to help you with your IT problems.
- Term time: Mon - Fri, 09.00 - 19.00 & Sat - Sun, 11.00 - 18.00
- Vacation: Mon - Fri, 09.00 - 19.00 & Sat - Sun, 11.00 - 18.00 (Easter only)
Our Walk In Analysts are available for staff support between 09:30 - 17:30, Mondays to Fridays.
The Print and Copy Help Desk can provide a range of print services for students including spiral ring binding for dissertation and a cash handling facility for printing payments.
Open Monday to Friday between 09:30 - 17:30.
The Laptop Surgery provides assistance connecting to LSE resources from off-site and connecting personally-owned laptop and mobile devices to the LSE network.
Available for both students and staff, the services operates on a drop in basis.
Opening hours: 10:00 14:00 or 10:00 to 16:00 during term time
