Tech support

Need assistance getting tech set up, help with your laptop, or have a query for our DTS team?

You can contact our DTS Helpdesk for support with IT such as software or getting set up. If your query relates to hybrid meeting technology, you can also refer to our page on how to set up hybrid meeting room tech.

Desk booking support

Having issues using our mobile or web app, or otherwise have a question about your workspace?

For support with our desk booking mobile or web app, contact your divisional admin or email our FWOW team. If you are experiencing difficulties with the desks or workspaces you can contact our Estates helpdesk.

Looking to report cleaning, waste or recycling issues?
