Horatio first came to work at LSE Enterprise 20 years ago, after having worked at the United Nations in New York. More recently, he has worked in public affairs consultancy and venture capital, specialising in renewable energy technology.

Within LSE Research and Innovation, Horatio focuses on building academic networks and partnerships with businesses as well as with governmental and non-governmental organisations. In his current role, Horatio works with academics and businesses to generate deeper impact for social science research through the development of new ventures.

Horatio has a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and an MSc in Financial Economics from Birkbeck.
