Tom is responsible for running TQARO and is the primary contact for all quality assurance activity in the School. He is also secretary to the Education Committee and to the Undergraduate Studies Sub-Committee (USSC).

Janine Olding

Quality Assurance and Regulations Manager

Janine manages the production of the School's Calendar - the main information resource concerning the School's educational provision. She is responsible for administering the LSE's curriculum management system, the TQARO website and aids co-ordination of published information relating to programmes and courses in the School. She is secretary to the Graduate Studies Sub-Committee (GSSC) that oversees the approval process of the introduction of new programmes and courses.

Gemma Longmire

Surveys Manager

Gemma is responsible for managing the surveys on students’ opinion of teaching and their educational experience whilst at LSE. She manages the monitoring and reporting of the School’s participation in the programme level National Student Survey (NSS) and oversees other online surveys including the UG and PGT surveys which mirror the NSS for LSE students. She provides support to the Head of TQARO in the provision and analysis of management information, to support periodic and annual quality assurance and enhancement reviews, lines of enquiry pursuant to the Education Committee and other ad hoc projects.She is involved in assisting with the development of data driven processes in TQARO, the Division and School.

 KC Ho (Kiu-chor, HO)

Quality Assurance Officer

KC is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and supports the School's main quality assurance procedures including; administration of the institution’s curriculum management systems, department oversight of devolved quality assurance responsibilities and the administration of external examiner reporting. Also provides support for TQARO's various committee work, and undertakes specific projects.

Kayleigh Gibson

Quality Assurance Officer

Kayleigh supports TQARO's quality assurance processes in relation to the administration of external examiner reporting. She is responsible for the processing of fees, expenses and annual contract agreements, besides handling the annual reports received from LSE's external examiners.

Sonia Akhgar

Surveys Officer

Sonia is responsible for developing and administering LSE's survey provision for non-standard courses and programmes – that is, for Executive courses / programmes and for LSE100 – and also provides administrative support for the course survey change project that is currently underway. Additionally, she assists with the preparation of survey-related committee reports. Sonia is the first point of contact for all survey matters that relate to non-standard courses and programmes.

Gabriela Krol

Surveys Officer

Gabriela is responsible for administering the surveys of students’ opinion of teaching and their educational experience whilst at LSE. Casey Hawkins

Change Delivery Manager

Casey works with colleagues in the Academic Registrar's Division and from across the School to add management and leadership capacity to 'business as usual' processes, whilst simultaneously planning, facilitating and managing the implementation of changes to systems, processes, policies and skills for the School's Curriculum Management Project, which forms part of the overarching Course Selection and Timetabling Change Programme (CSTCP). She is also secretary to the Regulations, Policies and Standards Sub-Committee (RPSSC).

Tania supports TQARO's quality assurance processes, survey provision and other 'business as usual' processes and provides administrative capacity for the School's Curriculum Management Project.
