Violence, discrimination and harassment of any kind has no place at our School.
Report incidents that you have experienced or witnessed through our online reporting platform Report + Support.
Make an online report
Our online portal can be used to report anything that doesn’t feel right or that has made you feel uncomfortable or upset.
Anyone can use this reporting platform including LSE students, staff, alumni, visitors and members of the public.
You can share as much or as little details as you want, and it doesn’t matter whether it happened recently or a long time ago.
You can report as someone who has directly experienced an incident or as a witness. You can also make a report on behalf of someone else.
Reporting with contact details
Student Services or Human Resources (HR) will review and triage the report and be in contact within three working days.
Any reports from students or alumni will be received by the Deputy Head of Student Services (Advice and Policy). Once reviewed and triaged, a Student Services colleague will confirm the details of the report, share the support that is available and offer a meeting with the student to agree what actions will be taken.
Any reports from staff will be received by the Senior HR Partner. Once reviewed and triaged, a HR partner will confirm the details of the report, share support that is available and meet with the member of staff to agree on next steps.
No formal proceedings will be automatically initiated from a Report + Support entry, the individual will be spoken to about various options which may include informal resolutions such as class changes, work adjustments, no-contact arrangements or more formal routes such as disciplinary investigations.
Anonymous reporting
If you report anonymously, there is no way for us to track the report back to you, and you will not be contacted following your report.
Anonymous reports are reviewed by Students Services or HR. The information provided via anonymous reports helps us understand what is happening on campus, appropriately assess risk and make targeted interventions when appropriate.
