Welcome Dinner
- For attendees holding dinner tickets, the Welcome Dinner was held in the Old Building (pictured above) at LSE at 5:50pm on 25 April. We had a formal opening at about 6:20pm and the dinner got started at 6:30pm. The menu can be accessed here.
Dress Code
- There was no specified dress code for the conference. Guests were free to dress smart if they preferred, but if they preferred a more casual attire, that was perfectly acceptable as well.
Function Rooms:
CKK.1.17 BCUR Helpdesk:
- Provide attendees with assistance, guidance, and support for any inquiries or issues they may encounter during the event.
- Take late registration for attendees.
- Certificate collection points for student presenters.
- Report lost items and retrieve them to attendees if found during the conference.
CKK.1.19 BCUR Quiet/Rest Room:
- Provide attendees a quite space to study and rest. Provide a serene environment for conference attendees to relax, recharge, or focus away from the hustle and bustle of the event.
CKK.1.18 and 1.10 BCUR Additional Poster Exhibition Room:
- Offers a space for attendees to showcase their posters during the conference.
