Alumni students and Commercial Customers can book a 10 minute 1-1 Zoom meeting with our Credit Control and Compliance Team. We are happy to discuss:

  • Payment Plans
  • Payment Options
  • Account information
  • Outstanding balance queries
  • Invoice related enquiries

1-1 Zoom Appointment with our Cash Management Team

Our Cash Management Team offer a 1-1/Callback service, customers can book a 15 minute 1-1 Zoom meeting to discuss:

  • Arranging bank account confirmation letter
  • Financial Identification form
  • Relocating funds from the suspense account
  • Confirming receipt of funds

Once your Appointment has been booked you will receive a confirmation email. You should click on the Zoom link 5 minutes before your appointment time, a member of the support team will invite you from the virtual waiting area at your appointment time.

Consent to Share

We cannot disclose any information about your account with a third party without your consent.

Applicants and students who would like another person to be able to contact our Office on your behalf, must complete a Consent to Share Form (CTSF).

This form allows you to set up consent for an 'Individual' or 'Third Party'.

Once the Consent to Share form has been submitted we will update your record, enrolled students will be able to see the consent status via their Finance Hub Account.

Consent can be withdrawn by you at any stage, you can email fees@lse.ac.uk  or submit a request via the Student Finance Hub.
