Employees whose mental health is affecting their work or overall wellbeing can access free support through the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service. This service, provided by the Department of Work and Pensions, is available for individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, or other mental health concerns, even without a formal diagnosis. 

What the Service Offers:
