Curriculum Management Project Experts Community Learning Support

As a member of the Curriculum Management Project Experts Community, you have access to range of learning and development opportunities to support you in your work as a member of the community and hopefully in your wider career goals and aspirations too.

There are two main resources you can make use of. Firstly there is a pathway of online learning through courses, vidoes and microlearning consisting of:

  • Introduction to, principles of and LSE's approach to change management
  • Understanding and working with different communication styles
  • Leading productive meetings
  • Negotiating and persuading
  • Presentation skills

The pathway can be found on our Astute learning platform. You will find it available on your landing page.

Secondly, you have access to our Teams & Leadership online tool. This tool allows you to conduct anonymous 360 feedback reviews and use expert guidance to discover what's working for you or your team, what's not, and what to do about it. You can get an overview of what the tool can do for you in the video below.

With the platform you can conduct individual or leader 360 degree feedback or get a full team report. You can check out this example report for a team to give you an idea of what a report might look like (the data within the report does not represent any real team at LSE).

All data in reports is anonymous, confidential and can only be seen by you.

You can download a guide on how to use the tool.

We hope you find these resources useful. With any questions about the resources, please get in touch with OL.
