Buddy system

Buddy system at LSE

What is buddy system? Buddy system is a peer-to-peer support scheme coordinated by the Organisational Learning and Development Team. Its purpose is to help new starters settle into their roles at LSE by connecting them with colleagues who can share insights, offer guidance, and help them feel part of the community. Buddy volunteers play a valuable role by sharing tips, experiences, and knowledge about the School’s culture and day-to-day workings.
