Return to Work Guidance


Return to Work Interviews have been shown to be one of the most effective early interventions in managing sickness absence.

Return to Work Interviews are generally carried out by the line manager as soon as possible after the employee's return, ideally on their first day back at work.

The following guidance and templates have been created to help managers in conducting Return to Work meetings with their employees.
