Committee Guidance Notes

This page sets out the general principles of committee governance, and provides some practical direction on how to prepare agendas and papers, conduct meetings effectively, write up the minutes of meetings, and maintain proper records of a committee’s decisions and actions. 

This guidance was prepared by the Secretary’s Division and approved by the Service Leaders Forum on 12 October 2017, for application to all committees of the School.
