Jigyasha holds a Master's in Marketing from the University of Bath and a BA Hons degree in Events Management from Oxford Brookes University. Jigyasha has a diverse range of experience in marketing as she has worked in several start-ups in their marketing departments. Her most recent role was as a marketing manager at a media company within the education sector called The PIE. Her strong passion for the education sector has led her to join the team at the London School of Economics (LSE), where she is excited to work with a talented team to help promote the institution and its programmes.

Responsibilities

Jigyasha undertakes marketing, promotional and student recruitment activities for LSE and supports the Marketing Manager in the following functions:

• the implementation and operation of Student Marketing’s Marketing Cloud and the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system throughout the student journey, from enquirer to offer holder,
• the development and management of integrated marketing campaigns to support our student recruitment strategies across our UK and overseas markets,
• the management of the student video diarists and content creators,
• researching, copy-writing and editing a suite of targeted emails to be sent via Marketing Cloud and the CRM system throughout the student journey, from enquirer to offer holder,
• identifying areas for improvement in Marketing Cloud and CRM delivery and making appropriate suggestions for how these issues can be overcome.

Jigyasha is also responsible for reviewing and evaluating marketing activities, including the compilation and analysis of data to create marketing reports.
