We offer SITS and e:Vision training for all users.

SITS

If you are a new starter and SITS beginner, or a more advanced user looking to enhance your SITS skills, please take a look at the following SITS Training video and the resources contained on our Help with SITS page

The video covers the following areas:

  • Familiarisation with the SITS environment
  • How to find basic student data
  • How the admissions system works
  • Student programme and course registration, looking up results.
  • How to run reports
  • Using analytical tools

e:Vision

e:Vision is the web based version of SITS. e:Vision training for new starters should be provided by line-managers / colleagues within the relevant team.

However, we can provide general information on how to access certain resources in e:Vision during the SITS training session, such as:

  • Tutor Allocation Screen
  • Marksheet creator
  • Change of circumstance requests (for Registry/SSC users only)
  • Downloading applicant documents (Admissions offices only)

Salesforce

We offer Salesforce training on an ad-hoc basis, depending on your role and areas of Salesforce that you will access.

To request training, you should complete our Service Request Form, telling us what areas you would like your training to cover, if you know, and when you would like the training session. A member of staff will then get back to you to arrange the session.

You will need to have your account for the relevant system created in order to have training. If you haven’t yet got an account for the system in question, please request one here.
