The Events Office organises and promotes a variety of events on behalf of LSE. These include the Public Lecture Programme (PLP), the LSE Arts programme (which includes the lunchtime concert series and exhibitions in the Atrium Gallery), the LSE Festival and annual and one-off School social events.
We can help by:
- Taking events on as part of the PLP
- Providing advice on organising events
- Getting your event listed on the online events listings
- Hiring out our trained student stewards for your event

Alan oversees the organisation and delivery of LSE's events programme and central School social events. Alan and his team also organise and deliver one-off School events.

Antigoni assists in the organisation and delivery of the PLP and internal School events. Antigoni also manages the LSE Arts programme and leads on the LSE Festival.

Shin Wei assists in the organisation and delivery of the PLP and other School events, and has responsibility for the lunchtime concert series and the LSE Christmas and Spring concerts.

Sooraya leads on LSE Live, the online events platform, and is responsible for events marketing. She also assists in the delivery of the PLP events.
