The Events office has several tablecloths with an LSE logo, which can be borrowed by academic departments for a charge by completing the request form below.
You may request one tablecloth per event at a charge of £20 (for events up to a maximum of one day- there is an additional charge of £10 for every subsequent day or part day up to a maximum of 3 days). This charge is to cover administration, wear and tear, replacement where necessary and dry cleaning costs.
Tablecloths are now in high demand so it is very important that they are returned on time and they cannot be borrowed for more than 3 days. Please note, if tablecloths are returned late or in an unusable condition you will be charged an additional cost. If tablecloths are not returned, you will be charged for the full cost of replacement.

Please note there is no guarantee we will be able to meet your request, particularly during term time, when the Public Lecture Programme is busy. We will allocate tablecloths on a first come first served basis, so do submit your request as early as possible to avoid disappointment, using the form provided. We are not able to process requests submitted with less than one week's notice.
The tablecloths cannot be borrowed by LSESU student societies.
