Staff, students and alumni of the LSE can reset forgotten LSE network passwords if they are able to answer a couple of security challenges correctly. The instructions below will help you to set up your own security questions.
To set up your security questions:
1. Log in to LSE for You
2. Click on Account Management | Update Security Questions
3. Enter a personal security question and answer, a memorable date, and your current LSE network password
4. Click on the Submit button
If you forget your password, you can go to LSE For You and click on the Forgot username or password link on the login screen. This will take you to a page where you can start the process to reset your password.
