Advice for Students During the ST & IRDAP Assessment Period 2021:

For students with any technical problems related to submissions for the Summer Term & IRDAP Assessment Period 2021 please see the information below.

DTS Tech Support will be operating weekdays 8.00am – 5.30pm (UK time), excluding UK bank holidays, and Saturday 10am–2pm (UK time) during the assessment period.

If you experience any problems with your submission on Moodle, please upload your file (answers) via the following link https://lseportal.force.com/studentservices/s/assessment-submission-form as soon as possible.

How to report a cyber security incident (phishing)

To report a suspicious email, use the following steps:

  • Create a new email in Outlook, with ‘Phishing Attempt’ in the subject line
  • Click on ‘Attach Item’ (envelope and paperclip icon) and select the phishing email from the list
  • Send to: phishing@lse.ac.uk

Tech Centre & Laptop Surgery - Currently Suspended

This Service is currently suspended

Based in the Library (1st Floor), the Tech Centre provides face to face support for students and staff throughout the week.

Staff  9.30am to 5.30pm   Closed 

Laptop Surgery:

The Laptop Surgery (based in the Tech Centre) provides free advice and hands-on assistance with your personal devices. For more information see here.
