If you require urgent help with the AV equipment in a classroom or teaching space please phone the Teaching Side Support (TSS) team on either of the teams two support numbers, you can use a house phone to dial the extension numbers.

For any non-urgent support such as help with an AV booking or to request an out of hours service please complete the Book AV Equipment and/or Support form in the DTS Service Portal.
The team is part of the DTS Division and is located: 4th Floor, LRB.
