Adding user access permission to a shared mailbox
All requests for access to share mailboxes are handled by DTS Tech Support.
If you are not the owner of the shared mailbox you first must have permission from the owner. If you do not know who that is, please mention it in your request to Tech Support.
Removing or reviewing existing access to a shared mailbox
All requests for access to share mailboxes are handled by DTS Tech Support.
If you are not the owner of the shared mailbox you first must have permission from the owner. If you do not know who that is, please mention it in your request to Tech Support.
If you wish to remove a specific user, please include that in your request. If not, you can ask to be provided with a list of users who currently have access, which you can review.
Unless there is a specific reason, no-one apart from yourself should have direct access to your mailbox. If you are asked to share access to your mailbox by someone unknown to you (either inside or outside LSE) or you were not expecting the request, please contact LSE Tech Support
