Black365 to me is the importance of recognising black excellence and actively promoting it in all aspects of life, and not confined to just 31 days out of 365. It is essential that we are seen and heard, our experiences not dismissed but used as learning tools to make the radical changes needed to create a truly diverse and inclusive society.
I have worked at LSE for 13 years, and whilst there is much more to be done, I have seen first hand the positive changes surrounding race within the School. It has taken some time to get here, but I am hopeful for the future.
