Can I join the Committee?

Yes! Being a committee member is a great opportunity to develop your skills while being a part of a supportive team.

Membership is open to LSE staff members who identify as LGBTQ+. We'd particularly like to hear from individuals who are bi, pan, trans, non-binary and/or BAME. 

Email us at any time to express your interest in joining the committee. 

 

Spectrum's Management Committee ensures Spectrum represents the needs of LSE's LGBTQIA+ community. Run my our dedicated volunteer Committee members, we work on: organising social events and activities, participating in LSE-wide consultions and lobbying for change, communicating with members and the wider School, and coordinating projects like Pride Month.
