A message from our staff network sponsor
Being a sponsor for Spectrum is an honour. I am proud to work at LSE and even prouder to work with you as your sponsor to make our School more diverse and inclusive.
I will work to understand the concerns and aspirations of LGBTQIA+ staff and ensure they are communicated to colleagues in the School management committee and given due weight. I also aim to provide support for Spectrum’s initiatives and be a partner in dialogue about the network’s aims and how to achieve them. I am aware there is distrust of the School management and deep concern about the implications of recent decisions in court cases for members.
I hope that keeping in touch with the leadership regularly and talking with your members at events can ensure that I fully understand these concerns, and can work to address them.
