Education for Sustainabiity Workshop - PAR.2.03, Wednesday 20th (16:00-19:00):
What can LSE do to further expand Education for Sustainability?
As part of LSE Green Week, the LSESU, the LSE Eden Centre, and the LSE Sustainability Team invite you to participate in an interactive workshop. This workshop aims to facilitate discussions among fellow students, LSE academics and staff, regarding how LSE can further advance education for sustainability across the School. Education for Sustainability reflects an educational approach that employs teaching methods to equip students with the skills for perceptive analysis of social issues, aiming to drive progress towards a more sustainable future.
During the workshop, staff and students will present their current work on Education for Sustainability, followed by an open floor discussion. Together, and in groups, we will explore what additions we would like to see in the LSE curriculum to embed sustainability themes in all LSE courses further and how we can work towards implementing these changes.
