Charlotte is a Senior Research Innovation Manager in the LSE Innovation and Impact team. She provides dedicated support and guidance to LSE academics for all of their innovation needs, working collaboratively on their journey from novel research to a commercial product or service. She also co-leads the ImpactU project, in collaboration with the University of Oxford, which provides tailored support and funding for mission-led ventures.

Charlotte previously worked as a STEM Innovation Manager at a science and engineering organisation, and has professional training in technology transfer. Her main ambition is to ensure maximum impact is realised from social sciences research, and she looks forward to working with more LSE researchers to create societal and economic benefits from their world-leading research.
