Shake off those winter blues and get ready for spring with ‘Fun Fit Feb’! Please see below for a list of what’s going on, and don’t forget to keep an eye out in Staff News for the latest updates, including how you can win prizes by taking part in our weekly challenges.

Body combat

Body combat is a high-energy, non-contact, martial arts-inspired workout. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories in a class. No experience needed, suitable for all levels of fitness (alternative options are available to those with injuries or pregnant).

Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ! 

When?

12.30pm - 1.30pm on Tuesday 19 February.

5.45pm - 6.45pm on Thursday 21 February. 

Where?
The Venue, Saw Swee Hock Centre

How do I sign up?

Search on the Training & Development system and book your place.

Bootcamp

If the gym environment isn’t for you, come along to a morning bootcamp session in the great outdoors. Burn some calories, have fun and set yourself up for the day at our friendly alfresco workouts.

When?

8.00am – 8.45am every Tuesday and Thursday during February

Where? 

Lincoln’s Inn Fields (meet at the bandstand)

How do I sign up?

You don’t need to sign up, just turn up at the bandstand in Lincoln’s Inn Fields in good time for an 8am start.

This February, we’ve teamed up with Fitness First Waldorf to offer all staff the opportunity of a free boxing class, whether or not you’re a gym member.

When?

2.00pm – 3.00pm every Wednesday during February
