Chocolate Tasting

The chocolate making and tasting game

An evening of simple indulgence

chocolate-tasting-800x450

This is a new event, run by the SCR and hosted by The Tasting Quarter Limited.

Did you miss out on the Wonka golden tickets first time round, or does Easter just not come often enough for your liking? This event will be a decadent journey through a world of chocolate, from its regal beginnings to present day gourmet offerings.

The event, hosted by a former chocolatier at the Savoy, will feature a tasting of the world’s finest chocolate. You’ll be analysing cocoa strengths and deciphering infusions under guidance. An element of competition is introduced, with prizes to be won.

You’ll then move on to making your very own truffles. With an array of flavourings, infusions and coatings to choose from you will be bringing out your inner master chocolatier.

To complete your chocolate heaven, there’ll be a beautiful fruit flower display to dip into an impressive chocolate fountain.

Finally everyone will go home with their own hand made chocolate truffles.

The event will take place on Thursday 22nd March 2018 from 6pm in PAR.LG.03.
