Chris Doughty oversees a wide range of accredited and non-accredited programmes, including the Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education (PGCertHE), the Principles of Teaching in Higher Education (PoTHE), and the Eden Fellows Professional Recognition Scheme. He is responsible for programme planning and delivery, ensuring that activities run smoothly and to the highest standard.

Working closely with academic staff, professional services colleagues, and external partners, Chris manages key academic cycles, organises large-scale development events such as the GTA Induction and provides support for initiatives that enhance teaching and learning across the School.

In addition to programme delivery, contributes to podcast and video production, and the Eden Centre website.
