The Finance Division has a Conference phone for all its staff members to use, when conductiing a meeting, where participants want to join a meeting by phone.
(Note: the FD conference unit only allows 4 external users to join, should more wish to join please book a more heavy duty conferece phone from IMT on extension 5000)
The conference phone is located in the stationery store,along with the full instructions on how to set up. The phone just requies the lead to be plugged into a working network socket. It is evident once a connection is established, as the screen will light up, once online the unit is ready to use.
