Condition Specific Resources

Helpful resources and examples of workplace adjustments tailored to individual needs.

This section of the Disability Toolkit brings together resources and guidance relating to specific health conditions and impairments. The aim is to help line managers, colleagues, and staff better understand the impact a condition might have in the workplace and explore ideas for support and reasonable adjustments.

We recognise that everyone's experience is different—even when they share a diagnosis—and that individual conversations remain central to providing effective support. These resources are designed to complement, not replace, those person-centred discussions.

Growing the toolkit

This is a developing area of the toolkit, and we’ll be adding more resources over time. If there’s a condition or topic you’d like to see included - or if you have suggestions for useful materials or lived experience insights - we’d love to hear from you.

Please contact Lucy Mu, Staff Disability and Mental Health Adviser via l.h.mu@lse.ac.uk to share your ideas or feedback.
