The HR Information & Systems team provides a broad suite of Management Information, aiding the strategic direction of both the Human Resources function and the wider School.
The team can also assist you at a local/departmental level in making informed decisions and solving your HR issues.
In addition, the team contributes to major external statutory returns such as HESA, and coordinates the HR departments' participation in various benchmarking activities.

The School recognises that it is both a requirement and good practice for all interested parties to know the composition of its student body and workforce so that issues of under-representation can be addressed and unmet need provided for.
The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Division (EDI) produce a variety of reports to support this aim, much of which is available here.
