All staff on a salaried contract (not hourly or casual staff) will be able to book their annual leave through MyHR.
Annual leave will be processed in days but will appear in hours. Annual leave entitlements for full-time staff are comprised of 25 days annual leave which will appear as 175 hours, 8 days of public holiday (56 hours) and 8 days of School closure (56 hours). When combined, you'll usually receive 41 days (287 hours). To understand this entitlement in more detail, take a look at the 'Understanding your holiday entitlement' support page.
Please ensure that all annual leave is booked and approved on MyHR to ensure accurate balances and carry forward figures for the year. All bank holidays and School closure days will be automatically booked in at the beginning of each calendar year.
You can also find out more, access our annual leave calculators and find the bank holiday and school closure calendar on the Annual Leave web pages.
MyView is LSE's previous HR and payroll system. Access to MyView will be removed on 7 February 2025. You may still need to log-in to MyView to download any historic pay documentation.

Historic pay documents are digital items that relate to your pay and tax at LSE. The most common documents for staff are payslips and P60 forms, which are statements issued to taxpayers at the end of the tax year. When we switch to MyHR, these documents will not transition over, and you will have until 7 February 2025 to download them from MyView. To find out more please visit our Evolve Programme FAQs
