LSE's new school-wide employee and manager Self-Service portal, MyView, launched in summer 2017.

Within MyView, you can view and change your personal details, view your payslips, access details of the team you manage, and more.

To access MyView from home you will need to connect to the LSE Network via the Remote Desktop.

Employee Self-Service (ESS)

Employee Self-Service (ESS) provides all employees with instant online access to:

  • Personal Details
  • Bank Details
  • Next of Kin
  • Contact Details
  • Emergency Contact
  • Equal Opportunities

You can also view and download your pay documents including payslips and P60 certificates in MyView.

Manager Self-Service (MSS)

As a manager you also have access to real time information on your direct reports and additional members of your team.

You can also review and respond to annual leave and sickness absence requests for your team.
