Joining a new organisation and starting in a new role can be daunting and stressful events. Make sure your new starter knows what to expect and what is expected of them by sharing this guide and checklist with them.
You can share this with them before they arrive, alongside the new starter guide and any other relevant information. Make sure they have all of this information by the end of their first day as a minimum. Give them time in their first few weeks to read and process all of this, checking in with them now and again to see if they have questions, or how you can offer support.
If your new starter will be working in the Lionel Robbins Building, Clement House or Pankhurst House, you can also share this guide to getting set up.
