Sport Relief: The activities

Every activity is completely free of charge

Welcome to the programme for Sport Relief 2018. As you can see, we’ve got a pretty full week planned so do take a moment to see if there’s anything for you. Every activity is completely free of charge.

Please make sure that you wear appropriate clothing and footwear (usually a pair of trainers) for any activities you wish to join. Most of these activities can be enjoyed whatever your level of fitness; separate guidance has been added to those activities that are more physically demanding. Please let your trainer know before the activity starts if you have any questions or concerns.

Basket hoops competition

Come along and shoot some hoops at our outdoor basketball zone. We can’t guarantee that any NBA talent scouts will be watching, but we are sure that there will be some great shots, near misses and a bit of drama.
