Phil directly reports to the Director of Recruitment and Admissions and manages the marketing team. He works on a variety of LSE marketing, promotional and student recruitment activities, including the prospectuses, the Study and Life channels of the LSE website as well as the implementation and operation of the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system for prospective students.
Phil manages LSE marketing campaigns and can also provide advice and support to academic departments with regard to their marketing and promotional campaigns.
