The Teams Softphone is available for those who have it enabled on their account. You will not be able to make or receive public (PSTN) phone calls without this enabled.
Please contact your department/division administrator if you require this functionality, who should then contact Tech Support. Requests should include the following information:
- The name and email of the staff member it is for
- The budget code that the line rental cost should be charged against
Charges
The current charge for a phone line is 47 pence per day. This is charged via an Internal Debit Note on a monthly basis.
