Sustainability Student Auditor

Audit staff teams as part of Green Impact

LSE partners with SOS-UK (Students Organising for Sustainability) to give students the opportunity to become ISEP-approved Sustainability Auditors and gain hands-on experience carrying out real-world sustainability audits right here on campus.

As part of the Green Impact programme, trained student auditors will meet with LSE teams for one-to-one interviews. During these sessions, students will assess and discuss the sustainability actions that teams have been taking throughout the year, helping to recognise good practice and identify opportunities for further improvement. The day is split into two parts: training takes place in the morning, followed by the sustainability audits in the afternoon. This makes it a full-day opportunity, combining professional training with practical, real-world experience.

It’s a fantastic way to develop your knowledge and skills in sustainability, gain valuable experience that you can add to your CV, and play an active role in supporting meaningful environmental action at LSE.

We recruit student auditors once per year, next recruitment will be in the spring term of 2027.
