Dhruv Washishth, Founding Partner of Paradigm Shift Capital

Dhruv is an entrepreneur turned Venture Capitalist. He is the Founding Partner of Paradigm Shift Capital, a Global VC firm based out of San Francisco and Bangalore.

He's been a two time founder, worked on international growth at Segment (Acquired by Twilio for $3.2B). Ran TiE Bangalore's accelerator program & launched AngelHack in India. He is conferred with the EB1 'Alien of Extraordinary Ability' Green Card by the US Government for his work in the entrepreneurial ecosystems of Bangalore, London, and, SF.

Aneri Pradhan

Aneri is a climate & clean energy ecosystem builder and has spent her career founding, governing, investing in, or working in various incubators/accelerators/networks. She is highly skilled at creating and managing strategic partnerships, building community and networks, and running business development. 

Currently she manages Corporate Venture Capital partnerships at Elemental Excelerator - a climate tech growth accelerator based in the Pacific. She was the Founder and Executive Director of ENVenture (acquired by New Energy Nexus), an award-winning incubator that finances and trains rural cooperatives in Uganda to start clean energy businesses that have brought clean energy to 95,000 people. She has over a decade of experience working in 15 countries in Africa and Asia on technology adoption, focusing on clean energy entrepreneurship and Fintech. Former experience includes working on Facebook's Sustainability and Connectivity teams and the United Nations Foundation as an Energy Access Officer.

She serves as a Board Director for New Energy Nexus and Rural Spark and an Advisor for Next Billion. She has a Masters in Environment & Development from the London School of Economics and a Bachelors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
