LSE Generate's Race Equity cluster is creating space to talk about the intersections of race, ethnicity, innovation and entrepreneurship.
Our Race Equity cluster exists to build a community and networks to support founders of the global majority in the LSE community and beyond.
How you can get involved
Our Race Equity Programme lead is Heather Abbey. Heather is passionate about supporting marginalised and vulnerable communities, and brings a wealth of experience from a 7-year career across the UK government. This included roles at the Ministry of Justice and the Cabinet Office where she led skills programmes, developed social research and delivered reforms.
Heather is now the Founder and Director of Ase Creative Solutions, a purpose-led policy and management consultancy; and is an advisor to social entrepreneurs, universities, charities and government. She also teaches at the London School of Economics, where she specialises in public management, corporate wellbeing and inclusive policy development.
