As a result of this coaching programme, I have submitted more papers. This was an important goal for me, and I am very pleased to have developed this, not just in the short term during the coaching but consistently over a longer period. I have, in particular, three effective strategies to manage my time, priorities, and workload.

Ultimately, it aims to facilitate a productive, inclusive, stimulating and positive research culture at LSE and to nurture our talented researchers to produce world-class research with real-world impact and become leaders of the social sciences.
