Spotlight: the 2025 Undergraduate (UG) Survey in numbers
The UG survey is taken by all non-finalist undergraduates, and this year’s results have been outstanding. Here’s a snapshot of the survey in numbers…
94% ‘Overall Satisfaction’ - we achieved a new high in overall student satisfaction this year.
42% participation - this year’s response rate was 42% - the highest recorded.
14 departments improved their ‘Overall Satisfaction’ scores.
‘Mental Wellbeing Services’ scores - up 7ppt to 81%, with ‘Student Voice’ and ‘Assessment and Feedback’ also rising.
90%+ School-wide average scores for ‘Overall Satisfaction’, ‘Teaching on my Programme’, ‘Organisation and Management’, and ‘Academic Support’.
School-wide scores were also higher than last year in every category. Please see ‘surveys’ below for more about the UG survey results.
