What do I do if I want to change where my phone line is billed to?

The approved administrator or manager shoudl email DTS Tech Support and include the following information:

- phone number

- the new budget code

What are the current telephone charges?

Desk phone / Teams Softphone

The current charge for a phone line is 47 pence per day. This is charged via an Internal Debit Note on a monthly basis. 

On the rare occasions where call recording is required a Licence fee will be applicable at the prevailing rate. Any non-standard products such as Webex will be chargeable at the prevailing rate.

How do I forward my calls?

How do I contact the School switchboard?

The School's switchboard is run by by an external provider, Cymphony.

They can be contacted by dialling 100 or by email at Mypas@cymphony.co.uk.

How can I find someone's telephone number?

Hover your mouse over the member of staff's Teams/Outlook icon or name at the top of the page and all the contact details will be visible. 

Who should I contact to report a faulty telephone?

Content DTS Tech Support via email (tech.support@lse.ac.uk) or Ext. 5000, making sure you include the following information:

- Location of phone

- The phone number

- Email address of the person the phone line is assigned to (if applicable)

- Description of the problem

How can I request international dialling?

Requests to enable international dialling should be sent to DTS Tech Support by an approved administrator or manager. It must include:

- Phone number

- Budget code

- Email address of the person the phone line is assigned to
